Iv'e waited a long time to spend Christmas Eve with mine Amy. And it was wonderful! I was so happy we were able to spend it together. I was really really sad Kai wasn't there. I think that was the first time in YEARS I haven't spent it with him. We had it at Amy's this year. I was a little reluctant. I don't want anything to ruin our Christmas tradition. My sweet boy doesn't have many and I want to keep the few we do have the same til he's grown. so I made sure that the house was the only thing that was different. Well James really wanted to have an ugly sweater party. Again reluctant I said ok, this could be fun. Well NO one wore there ugly sweater. Mike and I came with ours and James and Amy and Aaron and that was it!! So we took out silly pictures and changed. We always read a Christmas story every year. I volunteered myself to read it. And the kids had their gift exchange...which they LOVE! It was fun. Thanks Amy for letting me take over and also for having it in your home. It was wonderful!
