Today marks the one year of the reason I started working at the Temple. Today was our Stake Temple day. One year ago today I went and spent the whole day there. I did 2 sessions, sealings and an hour and a half of Initiatory. It was doing Initiatory that I had such a neat experience and wanted to be there all the time. There was Sister Stevenson. She was with me most of the time that day. The spirit she emulated was unreal. It was there I learned I could actually be a volunteer. I went home that day, called Bishop Brandt and a week later had a call from the temple to meet with Pres Ballard. And a week after that I started working. Here I am a year later, our Stake Temple day, and I've been working almost a year there. I worked the first half of the day today and then was able to stay and do 2 sessions. I feel really blessed that I am able to work there. The experiences and the spirit there are priceless. I wouldn't be able to work there of course if I didn't have such a supportive husband. He takes such good care of Jer. I had such a great day today.
