Temple with the Primary

Tuesday our ward Primary went to the Temple. Our theme this month is the Temple so Kristen thought it would be great if we went. I know the kids really enjoyed it. When we first arrived Pres Rogers and his wife came and talked to all of the kids. It was so special. I LOVE the Rogers. I seem them often on my shift and have come to love them very much. They talked about the temple and its importance. Then when we were finished we walked the grounds. The kids were all very well behaved and had a really fun time. I especially thought it was sweet that Kirsten planned it on a Tuesday that I was off so I could attend. I am really glad I was able to go

*Side note. As the Rogers were speaking there was a man that came up from the Baptistery and opened the door to see if anyone was waiting to come down. There wasn't anyone. But he just immediately shut the door. I started to panic because he didn't do the code on the phone so the alarm doesn't go off. Remember a few weeks ago when security wasn't happy with me that I didn't do that. I didn't want to be all nosy on my day off but I couldn't help it. I know the routine. So I had Sis Rogers hurry and do it. I didn't want security being mad. It was pretty funny. LOL
